Your Role as a BCBA Director at Compass:
As a Compass BCBA, you will:
* Work with a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity for your location.
* Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
* Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
* Providing both clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the success of the location.

Requirements:
* Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
* Master's degree in a related field.
* Driver's license with 1+ years of driving experience.
* Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
