Job description
Hand Over Hand LLC in Oakland, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Director Track in our center-based program with hybrid flexibility. This full-time role includes clinical supervision, program oversight, and collaboration with families to advance outcomes.
You will develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, monitor progress, and ensure fidelity, while benefiting from a $85,000–$90,000 salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and up to 1 day remote per week.
