Job description
Soar Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its Maryland-based Bayview Soar Autism Center team. The role includes center-based ABA with a strong emphasis on ESDM, collaborative care, and family coaching.
Base pay ranges from $86,000 to $113,500 per year with performance bonus potential and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Hybrid schedule includes 1 telework day per week, with potential for 2 days based on needs.
