Job description

D & M Behavioral Solutions in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a fixed 30 billable hour per week caseload. You will lead supervision visits, work with families, and ensure data-driven progress within payer timelines.

The role emphasizes documentation during work hours, collaboration with our Clinical Director, and ongoing credentialing support. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required.
