Looking for a BCBA position that gives you flexibility without spending your day traveling between cases?
One Step Forward is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our Forked River center.
We currently have opportunities during both morning and afternoon/early evening hours, with flexibility based on your availability. Whether you're looking for daytime hours, later hours, or a combination of both, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay: $75-$90 per hour based on experience

What You'll Be Doing
As a BCBA, you'll oversee individualized ABA treatment and provide ongoing clinical supervision and guidance to the therapists working with your clients.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans
Conducting assessments and reassessments
Developing measurable treatment goals based on client needs
Providing protocol modification and ongoing clinical supervision
Training and supporting ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians
Reviewing client data and making data driven treatment decisions
Monitoring client progress and updating programs as needed
Conducting parent and caregiver training
Collaborating with families and members of the treatment team
Completing clinical documentation accurately and on time
Ensuring services are provided in accordance with clinical and payer requirements
Morning, Afternoon or a Combination
We're currently looking for additional BCBA coverage during weekday morning hours as well as afternoon and early evening hours.
We're interested in BCBAs who can establish a consistent schedule based on their availability and the needs of our center clients.
What We're Looking For
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Current New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities
Experience supervising and supporting ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families, therapists, and the clinical team
Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
