Job description

The Treetop ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our Charlotte, NC-based clinic, delivering high-quality ABA therapy with support and flexibility. Conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, clinician-led environment.

We offer a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and WFH options where appropriate to support work-life balance.
