Job description
Giving Growth Therapy in the Kansas City metro area is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join the team. The role features a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, with in-person and telehealth options for assessments, programming, and supervision.
The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification and relevant licensure in KS/MO or eligibility to obtain. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and education teams, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
