Job description
Blue Gems ABA in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and advance evidence-based behavior analysis. You will analyze data, collaborate with families and schools, and contribute to program development.
You will maintain documentation, participate in ongoing training, and support a multidisciplinary team focused on improving outcomes for children and families.
