Job description
Ahead ABA in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will write and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and conduct assessments to guide client progress.
This full-time clinical role emphasizes close collaboration with families and Montgomery County staff to help each child grow. A BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA or related field are required; supervision experience is a plus.
