Job description
Step-It-Up ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve children and adolescents with ASD through in-home and school-based programs. You will develop and supervise treatment plans with RBT support, under our Clinical Director's guidance, to deliver high-quality, data-driven care.
The role features a mission-driven environment with flexible hours and hybrid supervision (in-person and telehealth) to support work-life balance and client outcomes.
