You will oversee treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and partner with families to create meaningful change. Ideal candidates possess an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in a relevant field. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and a compensation range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, along with comprehensive health benefits.
