Job description
Headrise AVA is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop treatment plans, and train parents while ensuring ethical documentation and data-driven progress.
Flexible scheduling includes in-person, remote, and hybrid options to support work-life balance, with compensation at $75–$100 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus.
