Job description
House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time hourly role. The position offers a flexible schedule with 10-20 billable hours per week and a hybrid work arrangement (remote and in-person) in Maryland.
You will manage a small caseload (7-10 clients), supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design treatment plans. Minimum 1 year ABA experience required; competitive pay of $70-$85 per hour and opportunities for growth.
