Job description
Pathways in Virginia offers a Board Certified Behavior Analyst role with hybrid/remote delivery for clients ages 2–21. Independent Contractor (1099) status and flexible daytime hours with after-school potential.
The role includes conducting assessments, developing ITPs, supervising services, and collaborating with families and providers while maintaining BCBA credentials and required clearances. Telehealth may be used to meet client needs in a compliant manner.
