Job description
Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA programming in client homes within a collaborative, employee-centric environment. The role emphasizes data-driven, hierarchical programming and ongoing supervision of RBTs to deliver high-quality care.
You will conduct initial assessments, guide families, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team while upholding BACB standards and professional boundaries. A reliable vehicle and licensing are required.
