Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Springfield, MA for a full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to modify treatment plans based on session data.
The position offers competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and an annual incentive up to $6,000 paid monthly. Office-based with no weekends or late nights.
