Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Chelmsford, MA seeks a BCBA for full-time work with a small caseload and direct supervision of BTs/RBTs. Deliver data-driven treatment, review progress with families, and adjust plans as needed.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for discretionary incentive up to $6,000 annually. Laptop provided and ongoing clinical support.
