Most ABA clinics won't tell you the billable number until the offer letter. Ours is 25 hours. We built the schedule that way — because we believe the best clinical work happens when clinicians aren't running on empty.
About Verity
Verity Behavioral Solutions is a trauma-informed, clinic-based ABA practice in McKinney, TX. We weren't built to look like every other ABA clinic — because we aren't. Our spaces were designed room by room with intention: The Treehouse, The Wonder Workshop, The Summit Academy, the Sensory Room. Kids look forward to coming here. So does our team.
Our COO, Mariam Lalani, holds an OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) credential — meaning the clinic itself runs on behavior-analytic systems. Low bureaucracy. Clear processes. Leadership that's actually in the building.
What you'll do
Carry a clinic-based caseload with a 25-hour billable expectation
Develop and oversee individualized, trauma-informed ABA programs
Supervise and mentor RBTs
Collaborate with families and a Senior BCBA with 9+ years of clinical experience
Contribute to clinical decision-making — your voice drives outcomes here, not just "advises" them
What you get
$87,000–$100,000 salary
25 billable hours per week — protected non-billable time built into your schedule
Trauma-informed care model — this is our clinical framework, not a marketing phrase
Health, dental, vision, life insurance
401(k) with match
Paid time off + paid sick time
Continuing education support
Professional development assistance
Flexible schedule
Referral bonus program
You're the right fit if you
Hold active BCBA certification and Texas LBA
Want to work somewhere your clinical judgment is trusted
Are done with oversized caseloads and leadership that treats billing as the mission
Can commute to McKinney, TX 75070
