Job description
Headrise AVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism in New Jersey. This part-time role offers $75-$100 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus, with flexible scheduling including in-person, remote, and hybrid options.
You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop individualized treatment plans, track progress with data, train families, and maintain compliant documentation while upholding ethical standards.
