Job description
Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA team providing high-quality services to children with autism and their families. This role offers flexibility across in-home, clinic, and telehealth settings and requires supervision and development of BIPs.
You will lead RBTs, provide parent training, monitor progress, and ensure accurate documentation, with supportive supervision and opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.
