Job description
Thrive Autism Services in Tempe, AZ seeks a BCBA for clinical oversight, program development, and supervision of children aged 2–10. The role blends in-center oversight with telehealth and remote program development days.
You’ll work with families, RBTs, and schools to implement evidence-based ABA plans and monitor progress. Requirements include BCBA certification, an active AZ LBA license or eligibility, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and 2+ years telehealth experience.
