Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time | Hybrid (In-Clinic + Remote)

What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
What We're Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
Ability to pass a background check
