Job description
Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid (The Woodlands, TX) position. You will oversee ABA programming, lead BTs, and ensure high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming care.
Telehealth is available when clinically appropriate and scheduling is flexible. You will receive a salary of $90,000–$112,000 plus productivity and ABA caseload bonuses, generous time off, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, and comprehensive health coverage.
