Job description
Golden Steps ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead evidence-based, hierarchical ABA programming tailored to each client. You will base plans on data, progress, and ongoing assessments, and supervise RBTs on the caseload.
You will also provide family guidance, communicate with the treatment team, and collaborate with external providers. The role includes initial intake, ongoing assessments, and discharge planning; a hybrid schedule is offered and reliability in commuting is required.
