Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review progress data, and collaborate with families to optimize treatment plans.
We offer a competitive salary in the 85k–95k range with a potential annual incentive up to $6,000, plus comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule. Equity in a supportive, growth-oriented environment awaits.
