Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in Virginia. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload, ensuring high-quality, individualized treatment.
You will regularly review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans. This role offers competitive pay, an attractive benefits package, and a schedule Monday–Friday with no weekends.
