Job description
Golden Steps ABA is seeking a BCBA in Richmond, VA to lead evidence-based ABA programs and supervise RBTs in a client-centered clinic.
You will develop hierarchical programming, conduct ongoing assessments, and collaborate with families and treatment teams to ensure successful outcomes for children with developmental disabilities. Strong communication and driving to the clinic are required.
