Job description
Kavana Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team serving children and families.
As a BCBA you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress with data-driven adjustments, and train caregivers.
Location: Hickory, NC and surrounding areas. Employment Type: Part-time with potential to become full-time. Compensation: $50–$60 per hour.
