Job description
Ahead ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Gaithersburg, MD. You will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families in our in-home ABA program across Montgomery County. Compensation is $105 to $115 an hour.
Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field are required, along with experience supervising RBTs. Join a team that backs you up and supports your clinical work.
