Finni Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the in-home ABA team serving Boise and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time and full-time openings with a base salary between 70,000 and 80,000 USD and an annual bonus up to 28,000 USD, totaling 70,000–108,000 USD.

The position emphasizes clinical autonomy within a Progressive ABA framework, with emphasis on communication and social skills growth for neurodivergent learners aged 1–18.
