Job description
Brighter Steps ABA in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized treatment plans for children with ASD in home settings. You will assess progress, adjust plans, and collaborate with BCaBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality intervention.
The role requires a Masters in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA certification, plus at least one year of clinical ASD experience. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.
