Job description
Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor who is pursuing BCBA certification to accrue practicum hours. This full-time, hourly role includes paid unrestricted hours, a $2,000 signing bonus, and an additional $5,000 after passing the BCBA exam.
You’ll supervise 3-5 client cases and provide direct therapy 10-20 hours weekly, with ongoing supervision and training. The position offers strong growth within Soar’s Apex Program, with a guaranteed BCBA role after meeting program
