Job description
Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinic-based ABA services for children with autism, leading a team of behavior technicians within an interdisciplinary care model.
This role offers a base salary range of $78,000–$109,000 plus eligibility for performance bonuses, sign-on, tuition reimbursement, and tuition support; extensive mentorship, and potential equity partnership opportunities as the Ivy ABA network expands.
