Miracle ABA in Pocomoke City, MD is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, and demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. The role offers flexible schedules, ongoing professional development, and a $2,000 per case bonus on top of hourly pay of $140.
