Job description
Empire ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs in Cape Fear, NC. You will develop individualized treatment plans, oversee RBTs, and collaborate with families and teams to achieve client progress.
The role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure ethical, compliant practice and positive outcomes for children and families.
