Job description
BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families across our Florida centers and community programs.
As a BCBA you will oversee behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, train caregivers, and work within a large team of BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT staff to deliver high-quality therapy tailored to each child’s needs.
