Job description
OneWell Health Care in Santa Ana, CA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. The BCBA will supervise RBTs and other direct care staff to implement interventions and monitor progress.
The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification and have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice in services for individuals with IDD and autism.
