Job description
Hope Center for Behavior Change Inc. seeks an experienced BCBA to join our team, delivering ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings in Florida. The candidate will manage FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
Knowledge of Medicaid and MCO changes, private and commercial insurance, and accurate documentation is essential. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with ABA practices is expected.
