Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Middlesex, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a small caseload and no weekends. This position emphasizes hands-on supervision and data-driven decision making.
You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families, supported by our Clinical Manager and a comprehensive benefits package.
