Job description
Grafton is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental needs. In Winchester, VA, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, set goals, and guide a multidisciplinary team to improve clients' quality of life using data-driven practices.
You will mentor staff, track progress, and contribute to treatment plans and discharge summaries.
