Job description
Innovative Behavior Management, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lakeland, FL to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients and families.
You will work closely with the Clinical Director, support staff development, and ensure ethical and compliant practice within a dynamic clinical team.
