Job description
BrightSpring Health Services' SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care unit is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessments and implement ABA-based interventions for clients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support progress and quality of life.
You will supervise RBTs, ensure ethical practice, and maintain thorough documentation in our EHR while staying current with clinical guidelines and best practices.
