Job description
Action Behavior Centers seeks a Licensed BCBA or Sr. BCBA to lead clinical services in our Coppell, TX center. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress, delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
Competitive compensation from $84,500 to $120,000 annually plus bonuses and potential ownership opportunities based on center size and leadership track.
