Job description
Action Behavior Centers in Midlothian, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality ABA therapy for children with developmental needs. You will develop Treatment Plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress.
The role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, with performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, sign-on rewards up to $10,000, relocation support, and a clear leadership path.
