Job description
Step Up Family Services in Paterson, NJ seeks a Part-Time BCBA/LBA to provide clinical leadership for ABA services. The role includes assessments, BSPs, data analysis, and supervising BTs/RBTs across in-home and center-based settings.
You will collaborate with families and the care team, ensure ethical practice and regulatory compliance, and coordinate services to support meaningful outcomes for children and families.
