Job description
Compass Counseling Services of NOVA is seeking a BCBA in Virginia to join our leadership team. This is not entry level; candidates must hold a master’s degree, BCBA certification, and Virginia LBA licensure. We offer in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy, with a small caseload and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities include mentoring behavior support clinicians and RBTs, leading service delivery, and pursuing clinical development with generous benefits and ongoing training.
