Job description
Bancroft is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join its ABA Center of Excellence in NJ. The role leads assessment, treatment planning and supervision across CSA programs in Camden and Burlington Counties, with leadership responsibilities and direct clinical work for adults with ASD and related diagnoses.
The BCBA will supervise staff, oversee functional assessments, data analysis, and staff trainings, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.
