Job description
Recognizing Children's Gifts in Richmond, VA is seeking a BCBA to lead our ABA program with a small caseload and close collaboration with a seasoned team.
You will supervise ABA Therapists, perform weekly client observations with feedback, complete funder reports, and coordinate with SLP and OT.
The role offers a competitive total compensation of $80k–$95k with quarterly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and a 4% retirement match.
