Job description
Pair ABA in Alexandria, VA is seeking a credentialed BCBA to provide clinical leadership at our center-based program. You will oversee a small team of three BCBAs, support training, and ensure services stay client-inspired and parent-guided.
This full-time role offers a base salary of $110,000–$125,000, a quarterly bonus structure, paid time off, health benefits, and retirement options, with some evenings possible to accommodate scheduling.
