Job description
Lighthouse CH in Apex, NC is hiring a Part-time BCBA/LBA to provide board-certified ABA services to local families. This role offers strong mentorship, a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months, and competitive hourly pay of $85–$115 based on experience.
You will conduct FBAs, design effective behavior support plans, coach RBTs, collaborate with families and our clinical team, and monitor progress to ensure meaningful milestones for children with IDD. In-person, grow with us.
